July 2 I have to begin taking a class from 6-9:15 2 nights a week. I work during the day from 7 AM to 3:30 in the afternoon.
My question is that it is going to be difficult to try and fit in XC training during these times and I was wondering of any other suggestions to maintain fitness besides the obvious run late at night or get up even earlier in the morning since that sacrifices the recovery.
I know the other obvious answer is just try to fit it in between that window of 3:30 and 6:15 but I am looking to seee if there are any actual suggestions of things I can do.
