I recently have ran a 5:05 1600m indoor and was wondering how much outdoor running will make a difference. I have heard from some people that I should expect to cut anywhere from 10-15 seconds just from going indoor to outdoor, but some people say i will run the same time or a couple seconds faster. So if any of you have experience with this transition please fill me in (by the way this was the first season ive ran indoor).
