I could probably get under 4 hours (I'm not really in marathon shape right now). Worrying about losing my job for up and leaving in the middle of the work day might cost me some time too.

2:35 right now
If I was unsuccessful at using my 15 minute warm up to remove the mexican food I ate for lunch in my stomach, I would say 4:15, if I were I would say 3:45. given the rest of the days events.
WR or bust so.... dnf
with 3 months of base and only one workout in this year i'd say 250ish if i didn't push and 310-plus if i tried to go out and race it early before dying
Resting up for english national xc champs tomorrow so good to go. On the other hand it's 10:30pm and I'm pretty tired and full of pizza. Let's call it 3 flat and hating every step.
why don't we try the premise of simply standing up and running...
I'm barefoot, ran 10 this morning, and just ate a chicken sandwich. The first few would be rough loosening up and getting in a rhythm. By the time I loosened up the dehydration would set in, so I'd say 5 hours
I'd imagine quickly standing and running any distance is unpleasant for the first 100 meters or so
I already ran 22 miles today and I'm on day 5 of a pretty heavy week of mileage (115-120 miles). I'd say that I'd take it out at about 7:00 pace, well slower than my actual race pace, but I'd probably fall apart and end up running 3:30 or so.
I am in the middle of training for Boston and my first triathlon 2 weeks later. Neither one is going as planned. Just ate 2 slices of pizza.
I could suffer through a 3:05. If I had read this tomorrow morning, I would say 2:55.

Same here. My knee would blow up even with switching direction. And concrete? And track hack? Um ... no, I think I'll substitute something really fun like root canal.
About 3:50. I just ate a big dinner.
I did a tough 50 miler last weekend, so if I headed out into the night right now (night running isn't a big deal for me) I'd probably do ok for the first 10 or 15 miles but then my legs would turn to mush, and I'd have to yog it in from there. I'd say a 4:00 to 4:15 would be about right. Actually I'm doing a marathon next weekend (Woodlands), gonna take it easy though.
DNF

Same here.
Just did it in 2:58:37.... Great start to the day!
Just put in 6-7 weeks of 90+ mpw, half way through a breakfast of oatmeal, and am on an easy week for my conference meet this weekend. I'd say 2:30.
11:00 pace
I'd enjoy myself
1:58
Just ate some breakfast with eggs and still have to take a dump. I did a 22 miler yesterday at a pretty decent pace, but I'd like to think I could still roll out a sub 2:30 right now. Probably barf
I ran 3 easy this morning; normal training tomorrow would finish my fourth straight 70M+ week after a gradual recovery from an injury that wrecked my Berlin Marathon. I was in 2:44 shape (53yo); my longest run since Berlin has been a half-mar. at 6:36 pace feeling great. I've eaten today but long enough ago that it should be a plus, not a bad thing. I've got my running stuff nearby. I'm going to say 2:49:59 if the conditions are neutral--the 400-meter track shouldn't slow me down.
