My guess is 21min 5k dude for the fastest guy I've met
Kid on my team wears them. He runs 16:11 for 5k and 4:30 in the mile.
Fastest guy in 5 fingers I've met is Patrick Sweeney who ran a marathon in 2:38 in them. He's sponsored by Barefoot Ted's Luna sandals now, and runs mostly in them currently. I personally run bare and my 5k PR is 18 something. I think I'm faster than that now. I'm not a fan of the five fingers personally. I think they look goofy.

I think the answer lies in there somewhere...
They are wonderful shoes. People knock em, but try them on soft surfaces or rubberized track. You got to try them. Best shoes and much better than racing flats.
8:35 per mile, best I've met. Usually 9-10 min per mile. I wear Brooks Pure Connect just for everyone's interest.
