I have an older copy of Daniel's Running Formula and after browsing some of the forums I now realize that there is a 2nd edition. In my book, the marathon plans are called A, B, and C. It seems like in the newer version they at Red, Blue, White and Elite. Are there any substantive differences? Any help is appreciated.
I'm about a 2:50 guy aiming for Boston and can't really decide if I want to jump into one of his plans or just keep doing my own whimsical training.
