Go for your run! Nothing will make you feel more awake than starting a run.
Then you can crash with a beer later.
Get your clothes on, get out the door and start slow. If you plan on an easy run when you feel like that, it will just ultimately become the right run, as long as you get out the door. Just don't have any expectations except getting out the door.
I got out the door but I forgot my shoes... your list was incomplete. came back in and slept.

3/10
Happens frequently to me as practice is at 3:30 and I usually feel like taking a nap around 2:00 or 2:30. Sometimes I'll just sleep for 30 minutes, but I usually just tough it out and go to practice without a nap.
Sometimes a quick 15-20 min nap works.
I used to lay down on the couch for a few mins before a run if I was tired. Seemed to do the trick if I was just sleepy and not really tired.
You should do what I do and always wear a certain article of clothing, jewelry, watch or something of that nature to be all Pavlovian and whatnot.
A couple hits of an albuterol inhaler will get your eyes open.
40 minutes before you can mix 1/4 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 heaping teaspoon of baker's chocolate, 1 teaspoon of instant coffee in a glass of water and choke it down with an aspirin.
I have had many a great workout after taking a nap. It does wonders. Take the nap and run later.
