Today was a different day. I have been running for 28 years, I started on my HS freshman year. I have been very commited to running, have lived all those hypes about nike shoes, chuckle when buying a new pair, worrying much about races, training, nutrition, stretch and such... Let's say I have beem, and am atypical commited running.
But today... well, good bye short races, good bye zombie like workouts regarding time and lapping constantly, today I am a new runner, I dashed off my door and ran barefoot until the nearest trail where I ran more. Needless to say I got some nasty blisters, but I will get used to it, and let me say you letsrunners I LOVED IT, and I feel much better now RUNNING FREE.
