Good lord do not try Tiger Balm! I rubbed it on my cheeks once with it when I had sinus problems and it burned my face.
I like shea butter for most winter days here in Toronto, Ontario. I either order it online for about 10 bucks or buy it in the african import store in our neighborhood.
There are a few days a winter that I need something stronger, thicker, and more protective. I'm thinking something like lanolin or pure vitamin E. It depends on what kind of weather you're talking about.
