Hey guys, I have districts next week and am trying to break 18 minutes. It is a fast course, with only 1 long hill. What are workouts to indicate I am ready for this? I have a few workouts i could share if anybody will help me. :)

Yes please share them.
To be honest, I don't think that workouts will help much since the race is in a week. Just taper with strides on your easy days with your normal twice weekly quality runs. (tempo/intervals)
