So I'm at a local school track this morning to do a VO2 type workout of 5x1200 with 3 minute rests. I warmup and do the first 2 repeats but a bunch of people show up for a soccer game on the infield and I get kicked out. (Finding an open track to run on can be a bit hard around here). Anyway I'm wondering whats the best way to adjust my training schedule. Try to repeat the workout tomorrow? Take an extra easy day and then repeat? Or just stick to the schedule?
