Lawi lalang is a very discipline student who went to a prestigious high school in Kenya and a brother to common wealth champion Boaz lalang. Rem is has 3 more years of running cross country from next year 2012 and more pride for the Kenyan student athletes! Go lawi!
I wish he went to Oregon hell i wish Oregon would recruit internationally like Arizona and some other schools do. Lots more talent internationally then their is here in the States :( Arizona has the right idea time for Oregon to start doing it as well :)

He obliterated everyone, and smashed the course record of 23:38 (set last year by Sambu!). He was just unstoppable.
Lawi is a good runner, so even if you talk bad about him, he will still do good. i don't care with who was the first American,but i care with whoever owns the Roy Griak Course Record he will still be good and you will be the one hurting youself. Good Job Lawiiiii... you did well and you have a bright future, keep working. Haters will make you more stronger....
