Pretty impressive. National Record.

Pretty impressive, as in beautiful? Or, very impressive?
Cragg finally got it right. Small field (11 runners) and the pace was just right, enough for him to follow which he did keeping good form on the inside lane, lap after lap. He has good form and style, and has always had potential. Cragg's problem has always been his tendency to drop out of races. And he probably has more DNFs than any other world class runner....on the IAAF scene! At times, I think meet organizers are playing a gambling game by inviting him to race, because of this predisposition to drop out.
But on this occasion, every lap, as the race got closer to the end - I prayed that Cragg would hang on, which he did tonight in Brussels. The top guys put around 4-5 seconds on him, on the last lap, but he did well to record 13.03.
Ghost in Saudi,
, apply today.
Nice one I think he still has a sub 13 in him before his track career is done
Nice.
Pretty good for a white guy.
did he finish or is this a DNF for a 10K?
but seriously, good race, and now he look Morgan in the face like a man.
Kudos to Cragg....he's had a GREAT season. He's ready to make the move up to a great marathon. Think he's running Philly, be interesting to see how his speed carries over. He ran well at NYC, so hopefully he can improve on that result.
No, they just stopped the watch when he dropped out.

you want us to apply to a mf university in Saudi mfkn Arabia? are you out of your mfkn mind? don't you miss your hot tub boys in Japan? Oh wait, the schools in Saudi are segregated, so you can be with your ckskn arab boys.
Wow, I believe I just witnessed Jason perform the greatest slam in lrc history. LMAO
Same thing as with Rupp...pretty good time but will not win any medals.
A little hypocritical don't you think Jason. Quite a long way from the days you'd come on here and tell us all the lurid details of your latest Thai conquests..whats the deal? Are we to believe they were all females, or something a little less so?
WHERE ARE THE HATERS NOW???
I think he recognises it - hence the move up to the marathon - he could run fast times but cannot close in 50 so is unlikely to win anything big
2:06 is a lock.
Good ol' Cragg.. proud of the boy. May run for Ireland and train in the US nowadays but he still has that old South African 'Vasbyt' in him. He ran really strongly and did not give up!
Ghost,
Some time ago you posted a schedule of a FR runner who used the bike a lot, lived in Nice or Marseille I think? Do you remember him and still have his training info - I can't find it with the search.
Thank.
that what's I said to Ghost a little more delicately. What is there to attract anyone to Saudi who is halfway sane besides money?
