Nice job by Rupp, did exactly what he had to do.
Rupp is in the final
great job.
Rupp made a nice bump out with 300 to go to make space and keep from being blocked in. Slid in behind lagat and was in decent position with 120m to go.
Great by Lagat, Rupp needed to hang with him and he could been higher. But he got what he needed to do done. Good job USA
Really solid run from Rupp. He impressed me over that last 600.
Nothing but Zumba WTF
Tough running by Rupp. Warm & humid conditions, not an easy race but he did what he had to do, very impressive.
use this one
the dude ran really smart. didn't get nervous when the crowd passed him. kept his head in the game, and made the final!!! RUPP & ROLL BABY!!!
If rupp can continue to believe in himself he will do well.

falling back four spots is really impressive.
I was wrong about the # of guys with sub 13:05 seasonal bests in each heat. It's way less than what you find in a Golden League meet as remember there are only 3 ethiopians and Kenyans.
4 658 Thomas Pkemei Longosiwa [KENYA] KEN 12:56.08 12:51.95
6 655 Isiah Kiplangat Koech [KENYA] KEN 12:53.29 12:53.29
8 372 Dejen Gebremeskel [ETHIOPIA] ETH 12:55.89 12:53.56
11 1093 Bernard Lagat [UNITED STATES] USA 12:53.60 12:53.60
Heat #2
2 377 Imane Merga [ETHIOPIA] ETH 12:54.21 12:53.58
4 644 Eliud Kipchoge [KENYA] KEN 12:55.72 12:46.53
6 374 Abera Kuma [ETHIOPIA] ETH 13:00.15 13:00.15

You win.
What language are we listening to the commentary in?
Normally not a Rupp fan but he ran well!
Bumbi's turn. Anyone know what time roughly he is going to have to run if he doesn't finish top 5 in his heat? I imagine the 2nd heat is going to be faster than the first so as long as he finishes top 10 I think he will be okay.

Yeah, forget the people he outkicked. You already have your opinion, why change it based on what actually happened?
Where is Bekele?
