Here's my take. Usain Bolt is on drugs and mistimed taking them. Not peds, just the Jamaican kind, after all he's Jamaican. Blake knew this and didn't want his countryman to risk his career or his image, so he flinched so Usain Bolt would false start, thus saving him from a drug test.
Like anyone gives a shit if Bolt smokes the ganja.

The guy who showed the video yesterday (on the LRC frontpage) showed clearly why Blake should have been disqualified.
Blake was lucky. Bolt's only problem is that he actually took off. He (bolt) should have stayed and Blake gone.
That was a travesty.
That said, I've had a very good 30 hours or so....to see Bolt being humbled for the second time.
The first time is when he lost to Gay.
Personally, I cannot stand this fellow. His antics are just kiddish.
I know he is the fastest man alive but Even Carmelita is the fastest woman alive yet, she is classy.
I am so happy that IAAF or whoever messed up.
I can't wait to see him at the start line of the 200m-just to see how his body language will be and whether he behaves.
I am a track fan but I AM NOT A BOLT FAN.

I know maurice Green had his own issues but nothing close to bolt. Isn't it good to see this 'huger than life' phenomenon being humbled? At least for once.
He's also the same guy who said that he 'never false starts' when asked about this rule.

Furthermore; Powell made the same comments as Rojo as well, and averyone who has ever sprinted on a decent level will know that everything happening after you're in the 'set' position, weather it's a sound, a movement, etc, wil; cause the body to react.
Blake should have been thrown out of that final. Just like the officials dis to Dwain for basicly doing the exact same thing in the semi.
It's over and done. Let it go.

I think that Bolt and Blake actually had a lovers-tryst-double-suicide planned but Blake bailed at the last moment and Bolt went down solo. That'll teach Bolt to trust in love.

Tyson Gay, Kim Collins, Bruny Surin, Frankie Fredericks, Asafa Powell, Calvin Smith, Mike Marsh, Walter Dix, Christophe Lemaitre, Darvis Patton, Davidson Ezinwa, etc., etc., etc.
There are lots. Guys like Greene, etc. are actually in the minority, it's just that they get the most attention.

Actually from what I have seen the entire sprint field at the World Championships is pretty well behaved and professional. Except Bolt. But the sport needs a character.
If you flinch but don't leave the blocks I really don't see how that is a false start. At best it should be called faulty and everything reset.
This is the reason why the new rule doesn't work so well on the track whereas in swimming it's not such a big deal. You never see a flinch at the start of a swimming race because the stresses are all different.

Justin Gatlin is a complete prick. At least he was before his ban. Don't know much about him now.
And a big reason why Bolt acts like that is because the media and fans want him to.
