Tonight he ran another huge PB. World and Olympic A standard. After a crappy end to his collegiate season this guy has come back to run out of his mind. Previous PB was 3:40.

He's not American and he shit the bed worse than anyone I've ever seen at NCAAs. I should care why?
Where did he run this? Link to results?
Oordegem, Belgium. Very low key meet.
I heard they were going for the "A" standard for a Belgium guy. Who else was in the race, where are the results?
No, they were going for the 'A' for the Canadian, Nate (Nathan?) Brannen. An Ethiopean won in 3:34. Brannen got 3:35 and Taylor (Tyler?) Milne got 3:36. The race was only organized on Saturday. Ciaran found out at 1am on Sunday morning at a bar in Leuven. He had finished his season that day.
So was O Lionaird 2nd then?
There is no meet website, got this from Belgium Athletics.
A Belgium guy was 4th in 3:36.09
02/08/11 (Oordegem-Lede) - Not the fast men and women of the 200m and 400m sprinter stole the show at the meeting of Vlierzele in Oordegem but Jeroen D'herding in the 1500m.
With pace makers and foreign opposition to the failed promise of OEH managed to finish fourth in 3.36.09. Thus he not only better than the U24 World Cup limit of 3.36.60, but he also improved his PR by more than 3.36.90 in Rabat earlier this year. He also climbs to fifth place all time to come before Ivo Van Damme and his 3.36.26. Lander also Tijtgat clocked 3.37.21 in the match with a personal best.
O'Lionaird was 2nd. He races London Diamond League 5k on Friday. Any predictions? 13:20 'A' standard within reach?
Braman must have peaked him for Worlds...
Unreal running. Must stick him way up there on the Irish all time list.
Crystal Palace is a 3k so no shot at the A standard for O'Lionaird.

You better alert the meet directors, because they have a start list up for a men's 5000:

There is a 3k and a 5k. I'd imagine (if he's even running) he'll go for a QT in the 5k.
#4 All time for Ireland behind Ray Flynn (3:33.5), Marcus O Sullivan (3:33.61) and Frank O Mara (3:34.02)
He now has a faster 1500 PB than Eamonn Coghlan. Chew on that for a minute.
3:35 is pretty comparable to 13:20 for 5K. His last 5K in mid July was 13:33, an 18 second PB at the time.
Baller. Glad to see the guy throwdown!
Don't forget his international singlet swapping antics!! Total fraud, he isn't from Kenya! Don't let him get away with this Letsrun!!
I think the biggest question on everybody's mind is: Was he still rocking the mullet?
Nothing to chew. Coghlan ran 3:49 mile.
Along with a World record, a European record and some medals along the way, including a gold.
You actually disparage the 3:34 by mentioning Coghlan.
RIP: D3 All-American Frank Csorba - who ran 13:56 in March - dead
RENATO can you talk about the preparation of Emile Cairess 2:06
Running for Bowerman Track Club used to be cool now its embarrassing
Rest in Peace Adrian Lehmann - 2:11 Swiss marathoner. Dies of heart attack.
Hats off to my dad. He just ran a 1:42 Half Marathon and turns 75 in 2 months!
Great interview with Steve Cram - says Jakob has no chance of WRs this year
