I think girls and boys should play together because they both; female and Male would help on passing the ball more and taking shots.

Better athletes quite often choose sports other than distance running.
This is true for powerlifting/weightlifting as well. At schools that have powerlifting teams, the strongest athletes are more likely focusing on football.
Stupid query from the OP. Futbol/soccer requires up to ~80 yard sprints, repeated with short recoveries. Mile time has no meaning.

The ability to run fast for a sustained period of time is very important as a soccer player who takes isn't seriously. Do you have any idea how much stamina it takes to last 90 minutes? Soccer athletes are in way better overall condition than your average 130lb just about sub 5 minute miler.
Do you seriously think that the best soccer players are running 9 minute miles?
Anyway these women would be in the 5-6 minute range for a male. Some would even be under 5. Very, very few would be over 6:40 apart from maybe the goalie in the off-season.
*for a mile
According to this data national level female soccer players average between 47 and 57 ml/kg in terms of VO2 max. These maxes would be good for around a 5:11 mile on the faster end and a 6:09 mile on the slower end, that would be the range for most players. A few could go sub 5 but not many and the ones who could would almost always have had track racing experience from a young age, an insane amount of talent and be the very fastest midfielders.

6:00 to 6:30 would be the right answer. None of them would break 6 for the mile.
Some of these replies have to be a joke, soccer players are basically just runners with extra strength and skill. 70 of their training is running so what an earth makes you think they wouldn’t break 6? At least half of them would break 6, the half who couldn’t wouldn’t be far off and could easily get a lot faster pretty easily with their talent if they were to train like a middle distance athlete i stead of more like a sprinter.
Your standards are too low. I would say the majority of these women run between 5:40 and 6:10.

Years ago, my little sister was a D-1 futbol player. She was a sub-70 400m runner & 6:05ish one miler. My little sister told me the vast majority on U.S. National Team are sub-12 two milers.
5k between 17 and 21
4:50-5:45 mile range
I would never believe she ran 4.7, unless I saw it myself. That’s as fast as many NFL tight ends.
