What's weird is Sara tweeting just before this that they were having dinner in an airport restaurant. Meaning it happened in the airport?

Yeah, saw the airport tweet, but Ryan said the kid was running so i don't know. Weird story.

How could he know his elbow was broken if he had not yet gone to the doctor?? And why would he be running with his phone, so he could tweet about a broken elbow?? Hello!!!
