Next XC season, I would really like to do well but I need some advice, as I do not work with a club. Im 15, going into grade 11, and with about 3 months (give or take) of training, I'm running about 17:30ish. Seeing as I am somewhat naturally talented, and I am dedicated to training throughout the summer, how fast could I run 5k by Octoberish? I'm sure I'm not the only one who is in this kind of situation. Anyway, no bashing, take it elsewhere. It's really pointless actually. But thanks for your help if you decide to help
