I am finally done with college and looking forward to continuing my training after college. I've read Daniel's, Lydiard, and the like and would like to find a rediculious training plan to follow. Something weird like Seb Coe's 20 miles a week all sub 5 minute miles, Gerry Lindgren's 300 mpw, and/or the runner who walked a few miles ran 800m all out then walked a few more miles twice a day (don't recall the name).
Rules: It should probably involve running in some form, be original, and be geared for the 5k.
