During track I was dealing with an odd injury that hurt right on my left hipbone. Never REALLY started to hurt until the last couple weeks of the season, and my coach had me not take time off until after it was over.
This is the third week I've been biking, went out for a 20 minute run this morning. Everything felt fine and good until maybe the last minute my hipbone/very top of quads area had a little tightness. Over the span of 10 minutes the area got increasingly tight though not exactly painful. I did my best to try to stretch it and then iced it. Basically, if I'm sitting down and shift my upper body to the right, that area on my left feels majorly tight
Anybody know what this is? I also don't know how stretch or strengthen the area. Any help would be appreciated.
