Recently ran a 5k with splits of 1st-6:37 2nd-6:37 3rd 6:09 and the last .1 in :20.
What should my splits be? Obviously I had too much left in the tank if I negative split that much so what should I have run?

You didn't run the last .106 miles in 20 seconds. Mile markers were misplaced, and likely a short course.
Wow, a :20 last .1? That means you closed a 5k in :25 per 200m pace for at least the last 160, maybe more. My suggestion would be running the 400.
You guys are right I misread my results I ran the last .08 in :19 my bad
6'37/6'37/6'09/0'20 for 19'43 evened out is
~ 18'29
( but you can expect quicker with the uneveness within the mile splits )
so, you shoud aim for no slower than mile splits of
5'56
with last 171.968m in 41s
that 20s finish for last 171.968m you quote is absolutely ridiculous ( i had to check the calculations 3 times ) !!!
Thanks for the help much appreciated. Not trying to claim I ran faster than I did. My garmin said my last .08 was :19. I may be way off. Thanks to the above poster that comment was helpful

I was too helpful!
Anyways, I'm not sure how the last poster's "evened out" calculations, which gave a time faster than any of the three mile splits, work. But I'd still suggest shooting for a pace around or less than your last mile pace there, because it's actually just as hard sometimes to speed up to a 6:09 from 6:37 pace as it is to keep it at 6:09 when running 6:09 pace.

even the kennster woud be pushed to put in that 20s 171.968m at end of a 5k after a jog for 2 miles
if kennster ran 6'37/6'37
what do you think he couda run for last mile + 171.968m ?

I would take that split with a grain of salt. GPS watches aren't great with such short segments.
If I added correctly your final time was 19:43 for 5K, avg pace was just under 6:21. Even pacing would have allowed you to run approx. 5 seconds per mile faster or 6:16, although perhaps you should aim for mor like 6;12 per mile and see how you feel. Hope this helps. Good luck!
