I am looking for some good running workouts for the 800m run over the summer.I am currently at 2:01 but I would really like to break the 2 min mark by the end of the summer. I dont do much aeorbic running besides the two twenty min runs in the a.m. I havent had a lot of aerobic running because i just started running in the spring and my coach didnt think we had the time for it. I really feel like when i do those a.m. runs and easy day runs they kick my ass, more than the interval workouts. any ideas for workouts to get under 2 and aerobic running? should i restart and get my base?
