I would like an opinion on what distance I should be focusing on.
I´ve only been running for a couple of years, but this is my first "serious" season.
Last year I ran a 15.51 5000m, this winter I ran a 33.17 10k, but my main focus is on the middle distances.
I´ve only run 3 1500m - the best in 4.06 and I have just run 1 800m in 2.00.81 (would have liked to break 2min in my debut, but it was the day after the 4.06 1500). I had a 400m split around 54sec in the 4x400 (I was the third runner).
btw, during the winter I had a weekly mileage around 55mpw.
What do you think, at what distance should my mail focus be?
