I know it varies from runner to runner, however i am looking at the bare minimum for a medium-well trained athlete for certain mile times. I'm looking for:
200m time (probably not as important as 400, but they are directly correlated)
400m time
3000m/3200m time
5000m
for lets say, intervals increasing by ten seconds. so if someone could start at 3:50, and increase by ten to 4:50, that would help me a lot. I realize as the mile time goes up, these requisites will go up as well, i just dont know by how much. Thank you for any replies
