Currently training to race 5k to HM throughout the summer.
I ran 40 MPW early this year, then 50 for about 2 months then recently hit 60 the last two weeks. I felt really tired toward the end of last week and am taking a recovery week this week. I've just been feeling really slow lately with easy runs 8:15+, never been that slow, and don't know if I'm improving. I plan to run a 5k the first week of July. Run 7 days a week with 1 interval day, 1 tempo, and a long run.
