Greetings,
I ran my second marathon ~ 3weeks ago and subsequently took 8 days off to rest. I've begun running again, slowly building up the mileage. An observation I've made is that my speed is quite a bit slower than before the marathon... Or, I'm working harder to achieve the same pace.
I wonder if any of you have similar experience? I feel like I should be a bit stronger and thus, faster. Am I asking for too much too soon?
