50 is the cutoff hct in cycling for men, what is it for women?
What countries have A and B standards? That should narrow the search a bit.

If I find some new official statement about it, I'll post in this topic.
For now, the picture wasn't appear in the media (i hope they're cheking it). But buzz is growing fastly in local message boards, twitter acounts and facebook groups.
Has she ever run a marathon before?
Actually, you don't have to answer this question. I'm about 90% sure who this athlete is...
Who is it then? Give age or nationality or something as a tip?
If I'm correct, her last name is pretty common in her country...

But she's a respectable runner who is tryng to manage "A" mark from London 2012 in 10k or marathon.

I repeat, the girl is Trying to manage "B" mark for London Marathon.
Next time try a simpler story that you can remember the details better.

OP also said she was a "middle distance runner," now she is looking at the 10k or marathon. This is all an elaborate troll.
Somewhat disappointing 10,000 performance recently?
Actually, quite the opposite...

My dear suspicious friend, I want to inform you that every time there is a random test in Kenya doctors take both blood and urine. Currently, WADA, IAAF antidoping and, in US, USADA, ask the athletes the permission for using part of their blood for a research in order to create a line for everybody and a statistic line for events.
Many top athletes refuse, may be fearing some trick.
Of course, all my athletes accepted without any problem (the last was Moses Mosop last Friday).
That's because you know full well that they can't convict (or do anything) based on suspicious blood values. (Like they can thess days in cycling, at least start targetting their testing for efficiently.)
The mere thought that the IAAF is compiling any such blood profiling system on Kenyan athletes (or anyone) is quite amusing. I don't imagine you believe that yourself, but I guess it sounds good when you say it.
More clues please

No blood panel comes without reticulocytes
Not true. Retic is an additional tube on top of the CBC.
No. Only 1 half marathon for now.
Because in this country, With "B" mark, also you may have manage a ticket for JJOO'S or WC'S.
In fact, he's trying to get any tipe of standard..."A" or "B", in any event, marathon or 10k...even 5K (in those track events, she already is very close to the standards, in marathon, i think she's in 2:32/2:33 form...but she will not make his debut in 42k until late months of 2011)
In USA you have the trials...in almost all countries, if you get the "B", get the ticket (because in the majority of events, there are 1 or 2 respectable runners...others are way too far of international level)

Now I know for sure who she is...
Please, don't say names. When Federation makes the statement, all of us know who she's and if she's guilty or not.
I checked my files...she has run no more than 3 or 4 half marathons.
I’m a D2 female runner. Our coach explicitly told us not to visit LetsRun forums.
