Sorry this is probably going to be an awful thread.
I run about 22:00 for the 5k but I know this is so slow. I can feel how slow I'm going and just don't understand why I can't run at 6 minute miles.
Has anyone heard of trying to start all over again and get fit at a faster pace? I could start out like an fatty and run 1 6 minute mile then that be it for the day, get used to that and build the distance up.
Grrrrrrr this is so frustrating.
