Yes, another one of those threads. Wondering what people think I could do for the marathon right now based off a track workout I did Friday.
75 x 400 in 69.4 avg (0 seconds rest)
Comments: Definitely a very hard effort, near all out, but probably could have gone a little faster with better pacing (did the workout with a few buddies so the first 30 400s were a little slower before I picked it up).
What could I run for a marathon? I'm thinking a flat, fast course like Chicago.
