Yes Ive had my share , blondie that ran in the sun at all times of the day un protected as a young man.
Cut the diet BS and fear of sunscreen , lots of evidence shows the basics can save you down the road. Run smart not in the heat of the day , wear a hat when you are in the sun , use sun screen on your face ,neck , arms and legs.
Get into your dermatologist once a year for a full body check. If you see something weird don't wait to go in and have it looked at.
