How can I build up to at least 8 70 mile weeks during the summer ?
I've did 2 70 weeks last winter but my track team does so much speed work its hard to really run more than 50 miles and that's with dubbles
Currently I'm building back up to that 50 because I had tendonitis at the begining of the season which I really just now got fully healty
Anyways off of how many miles I'm going to be doing towards the end of the season and my week off after the season(should I take one?) How should I build into 70 as quick as possible
