What do you think I can run for 2 miles off of this workout that I ran alone?
800 - 2:56, 200 jog
800 - 3:01, 300 jog
800 - 3:00, 300 jog
400 - 1:29, 200-300 jog
400 - 1:28, 200-300 jog
400 - 1:25
Total rest time between each interval was around 1:40-2:00 except for the first one which was 1:15 (b/c only 200 jog).
For reference, here is another workout I ran alone a while ago:
1600 - 6:12, 800 jog
800 - 3:05, 400 jog
600 - 2:18, 400 jog
400 - 1:25
Not too long after running this workout I ran 12:20 for 2 miles.
Is the other workout I did better? How much better? Thanks
