crap
Well your lunch has a lot of sugar in it (bananna, pear, chocolate chip cookies). What's the nutritional label look like on those cheese crackers?
Also on the vitamin water, I would recommend going to the costco brand Kirkland, as they have little to no sugar in their vitamin brand water. The vitamin brand water has a ton of sugar in it.
Ham is a cured meat, and should be eaten sparringly. You should go with chicken/turkey.
On your sandwich what type of bread do you use? and any mayo/mustard?
Need a more exact term than "bag".

1 bag= A small, snack bag with no more than 2 handfuls of the food.

Thanks for your sincere reply. I do tend to seek out the carbs. I'm sure the nutritional label on the cheese crackers is not stellar (Cheese-its). I eat regular white bread with mayo (no mustard).
I just downed 3 chocolate frosted doughnuts. Guess that proves your initial point...
In any case, I'm not looking to lose weight. If anything, I probably need to gain 5-6 lbs.
Just trying to be more conscious of the nutritional content of the foods I eat to increase my overall health and well being.
a vitamin water has as much sugar as a 12oz coke.
carrots are ok but no calories there.
sandwich - not bad, could be worse
cheese - mainly fat, but you're a runner so who cares
fruit - good.
processed "bag" food - bad.
overall I give it a 3.5/10. Mostly empty calories and where is the protein?
