Secondly, looks like the do-it yourself at home way with just a foam roller, and balance/strengthening exercise such as bridging works just as well, but costs close to nothing.
So what do other runners do? I'm not elite and no college runner, just a guy in late 20s with a desk job where I sit on my ass all day (which probably hurts more than running)
Do you strength training at home? gym? pt? don't need to? gave up?
