Hey fellow runners.
This is the first movie I've ever made that originated with me!
It's not inspired by any true events or person(s) but I'd love if you all took a look at it. It's for my campus movie fest!
I had about 8 minutes run time but the rules state that it can't be more than 5:00 :/

It's definitely a first try, right? I'm sure your Uni. has a sound booth you can use for a couple hours to re-record the narration. The chick is cute, but the sound is pretty bad on her too. Your dialogue is poorly written, but it can probably get better if you pay attention to the the awkward parts.
It's a pretty thin premise and hard to watch, but if you like what you're doing, keep at it. It doesn't really matter if it's a great short film, as long as you keep improving and enjoying the process.
You need a better mic for the camera. Too much background noise/ the voices are too quiet.
The jump cuts were annoying too. Get rid of those.
