So mocking the 1958 air disaster is obviously a pretty tasteless move, but you can really be arrested for that still?
Need help declaring a bill of rights? I know a great text you can use as a guide...

Constitutions are written by rebellious colonies' upper classes to keep peasants in their place.
The United Kingdom doesn't have one.

So do I, it was passed by Parliament in 1689, I believe the colonials used it as a model....
Perhaps the most ironic thread ever...
America has 25% of the world's prisoners. 1% of all American adults are in prison. There are more 17 year old black kids in prison in America than there are enrolled in college. America imprisons more people (as a percentage of population) than China, Iran or Turkey.
Why would a 17 year old be in college?
Have you actually read the article? The jerk was released later and has not been charged. Our police don't have to charge people immediately on arrest, and (as far as I remember from several thousand US cop shows) neither do yours; they can pull people in to cool off and often this is the appropriate response.
Sounds like everyone took exactly the right steps in this case...

The man was released on bail until Feb. 25, police said. He has also been banned from attending Saturday's game at Old Trafford, the home of Manchester United, and all other Crawley Town matches.
"We've called in the police to see if they will press charges and we have identified the idiot responsible and banned him from the club for life," Crawley chief executive Alan Williams told the Guardian newspaper,.
I was using the term "college" as a capture-all term for education. My mistake.

Cool non sequitur. What does this have to do with freedom of speech?
Man United having a AIG sponsored minutes silence last year was more insulting than a few airoplane gestures, especially after the way United treated the families of the victims.
britain doesn't have any lions either
Sussex Police arrested the teenager Monday night on suspicion of causing harassment, alarm or distress.
Glad I don't live in the UK. I'd wind up spending my days in jail, and nights on letsrun trolling some alarming, distressful threads in hopes of igniting some entertaining banter.
I'm sure glad I'm American and not British...
Well, here’s one chap who seems to have plenty of ‘freedom of speech’ and certainly isn’t politically correct!
Shocking. He insults the royals and then insults people who wear tights. Has anyone reported him to the authorities? He could use a bit of upside down time in some dark dungeon somewhere.

I'm glad you are American as well.

So are we
The away supporters used to do that at every Man U game. Traditionally done to the tune of Dam Busters theme tune with hands as pretend flying goggles. Nobody was ever arrested at a match for that
They don't have free speech. They won't allow Westboro Baptist Church to even go there.
Freedom of Speech is supposed to be there to protect UNPOPULAR speech -- not just speech everyone likes
to ukathleticscoach
Plenty of home supporters do that gesture at old trafford to wind the away fans up too.
Not only do they not have freedom of speech, they can't own handguns and high-powered semi-automatic rifles. Crime is spiraling out of control there as a result. What a backward country.
I can't believe the news today
Oh, I can't close my eyes and make it go away!
How long?
How long must we sing this song?
How long?
How long?
'Cause tonight...we can be as one
Tonight...
Broken bottles under children's feet
Bodies strewn across the dead-end streets
But I won't heed the battle call
It puts my back up, puts back up against the wall!
Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Sunday, Bloody Sunday (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
All right lets go!
And the battles just begun
Theres many lost but tell me who has won
The trenches dug within our hearts
And mothers, children, brothers, sisters torn apart!
Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Sunday, Bloody Sunday
How long...how long must we sing this song?
How long?
How long?
'Cause tonight...we can be as one
Tonight
Tonight (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
Tonight
Tonight (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
Tonight
Come get some!
Wipe the tears from your eyes
Wipe your tears away
Wipe your tears away
I wipe your tears away (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
I wipe your blood shot eyes (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
Sunday, Bloody Sunday (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
Sunday, Bloody Sunday (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
Here I come!
And it's true we are immune
When fact is fiction and TV reality
And today the millions cry
We eat and drink while tomorrow they die!
The real battle yet began (Sunday, Bloody Sunday)
To claim the victory Jesus won (Sunday, Bloody Sunday
on...
Sunday, Bloody Sunday
Sunday, Bloody Sunday...
