So I was just wondering what other people thought would be a reasonable goal for outdoors this year. I ran 4:20 and 8:50 indoors this season. I'll be concentrating mostly on the 5k outdoors, so what do you think would be a good goal. I'll be hitting around 80 to 85 miles a week for the next month. 15:15? 15:00? 14:45? Any ideas/advice would be appreciated.
