Cross - 3.20 GPA and qualifier to NC's or top 10% of field at Regionals
Track - Same GPA and qualification to Regionals ('first round of NC's)
Way easier in track.

what about division III?
this is roughly what I thought it was, but my teammate and I started looking it up and it seemed like it was a lot more difficult. anyone able to find a link or something?
cumulative
To qualify for the USTFCCCA All-Academic Track and Field Team, the student-athlete must have compiled a cumulative grade point average of 3.25 and have either earned USTFCCCA All-America status or finished in the NCAA region’s top 15 (or top 10 percent) in 2010.
technically, none of this is correct, USTFCCCA doesn't give out Academic All-American awards, CoSiDA does, and their standards are unpublished and vague.
USTFCCCA awards are "All-Academic" and vary by division and sport.

Ah, that's where the confusion comes from. I thought All-Academic was the same as Academic All-American.
Thanks
