I ate a average breakfast (maybe 400 calories?), went for a run, ate half a clif bar after (120 calories) but then ate a huge lunch 1-2 hours later. I ate a salad with lots of veggies, but also ate 2 slices of chicken pizza and then 2 cupcakes and 2 slices of chocolate mousse pie. That was probably a total of what, 1200-1500 calories?
Yeah I know it's all my fault... I'm going to do better the rest of this week for sure. Anyway I was planning on just eating some light salad for dinner (no more than 400 calories) so that I would have a deficit of calories. Anyone ever done this before?
