So I am at the point of drugging myself up to be able to keep training.... I apparently have cuboid syndrome, and if not that it is similar to my symptoms...which are on both feet, I have had this for almost 4 months now. Tried everything from icing, stretching, strenghtning messaging. The only thing I did not do is go see a chiro because financially I am stuck.
I have been taking Advil which works and makes the pain go away just enough to get a run or workout in, then I get hurt again until I take another extra strong Advil. How long can I keep doing this for? Taking days off hasn't helped!!
