I was an averagely competitive runner until about the age of 27. I stopped training/racing competitively for about the last 4 years, but still have run and stayed in decent shape (i.e. 25-40 miles/week).
I've decided to start on the comeback trail now and try to hit a few more PRs before becoming old. Any advice/suggestions for someone who has gone down this road before?
