So I initially thought I had a problem with gluten so I removed gluten from my diet and I felt so much better.
But then I started eating substitutes like rice and quinoa and my body doesn't seem to tolerate those either.
(Symptoms: Itchy hair follicles, backache, weak ankles)
I know it is a not a carbohydrate issue cause I am fine with potatoes and beans.
Anyone here not eat any grains?
