I'm trying to change my footstrike from severe heel striking to midfoot to hopefully eliminate runner's knee (PF) that I've had for about 2 months now.
I'm thinking of getting the Nike Free 7.0 (v2). However, I can't find information on the height of the heel on these shoes. Does anyone know?

Yes, they do. Even the 3.0s have some heel lift, but much less than the 7.0s. I've worn various versions of the 3.0s for five years and liked them all.
The heel lift in the Free 7.0 is for extra support. I personally enjoy the shock absorption provided in the Nike Shox Turbo 11.
