My Grandson wants me to go to a Paintball park and go one on one.
What should I know about playing the game.

It's like chess with paintball guns, all about the angles.
Also, most people are afraid of being shot. If you are willing to make big moves and be aggressive you'll fair well.
Don't bother running and shooting at the same time. This is a very hard skill to master; you're just wasting time and paint. You're better off running straight to your bunker.
If the paint doesn't break on you, you're clean and still in. You're only out if the paintball breaks on you/your gear.
It's really not a difficult game, the skills are a bit unique so don't expect to be great. However, if you're playing against other walk-ons then you can still roll people.
Lastly, it doesn't hurt that badly.
Thanks
Any advantage because I shoot a hand gun a couple times a year? Can still get all of an 8 round clip on target 90% of the time. Have not had a rifle in my hands since my visit to Asia 40 odd years ago. Was a good shot back then getting Expert on pistol, rifle and scoring sharpshooter with granade, submachine gun and rocket launcher. Skills that never transfered well to real life I'm afraid...
Quick and nimble is long gone from the skillset though.
