So I run 400m - I had an achilles injury for about 10 days which was just a little inflammation and went away after about 10 days of pool running.
coming back to the track for easy tempo workouts and sprint workouts in flats felt good and no pain. then about a week ago i had the weirdest knee pain. Its only when im running where i have to bend my knee more then 20 degrees (very slow jog or jogging strait leg is fine)
on the lateral side of the knee about an inch over and an inch down from the kneecap there is a catching or pulling sensation like the ligament is catching on something. I missed one tempo workout because of it and then the next day while warming up it felt like something clicked and it was completly gone for that workout. then yesterday it was back and felt like it was really catching badly so didn't do the workout.
It doesn't really feel painful just twangy and like it's catching on something or very tight. Any thoughts House?
