If you haven't tried it yet, I think it's great. Helps get you through those high mileage weeks to have a good podcast in your ipod for every run. I'm at the point now where before I head out the door for a non-workout I need to make sure that I have a new show in my shuffle.
Anyone else feel the same about running to podcasts? I think it's a great way to just "get through" those easy runs and listen to an enjoyable discussion.
