Assuming somebody had no life and anything to do but exercise, sleep, and eat.... so basically, a high shool or college student who's single and living in the middle of nowhere in the summer.... could that said person handle a heavy week like this:
Sun-Nothing
Mon- AM run 2hrs/swim 1hr--PM run 2hrs/lift,abs,stretch 1hr (total)
Tues=Mon
Wed=Just the runs, because I'd think the person needs at least some rest.
Thurs, Fri, Sat all = Mon
This comes out to 6 hrs of working out 5 days a week.
--What would be the effect on the human body?
--Could someone work out that much?
To lessen the strain on the body, pretend that the person eats a super healthy diet and runs only on soft grass and trails.
