My name is Ziga. In 2010 I run 4:11 outdoor. One week ago I run 4:06 indoor. I would like to run 3:55 in this season outdoor. What I will have to change if I want to run that result.
Here is my plan of training:
Monday 20*100m
Tuesday long run 10km pace for 4:00
Wednesday: 6-10*400m 66-68 with 75-90s break or 12-16*200m 28-31 break is 200m slow running
Thursday long run 10km or 9km run with 2km run in hill
Friday: 6-8*600m 1:46-51 in November an Dezember I have run 4-5*1000m for about 3:00-05 with 3min reak
Saturday: 6-8*150m
Sunday: fast long run 10km 3:45-55/km
