Fell on black ice training for Boston. Fractured my fibula and had two screws put in my ankle.Prolly can't jog-run til July.Any suggestions for keeping my fitness level up? I'm 52 and was doing 60 mpw.I can't row,swim,bike. Thanks for any ideas

Does your gym have a machine that you sit like a rower and use your hands like you are pedaling?
I don't know why you can't row on a regular rower. Just keep your bad leg off.
If you have a wheelchair, do some sprints in it if weather permits. That would be a killer workout.
