ive been back training after basically a 2 year lay off.Last week i ran 25 miles and so far this week ive ran 5 miles on monday n yesteray i did a workout of 1200,2x800,2x500,2x300 with 2 mins rest @ 4.22,2.47,2.49,1.41,1.40,54,53
I have a 1500m race in 3 weeks what do u think i can run off this workout n what can i do to get in shape as quickly as possible.thanks.
